Having trained as a "Move It Or Lose It" instructor in 2017 I learnt the key elements to working with the older population and became an instructor for Cranleigh Leisure Centre. Whilst there I gained my level 3 GP Referral, Otago - the evidence based falls prevention programme & Escape Pain - a program for those suffering with chronic pain.
After being made redundant at the end of 2020, I joined Surrey Hills Rehab where I spent 4 years learning from Neuro Physiotherapists and their clients with Parkinson's, Stroke and MS. During my time there I lead classes using the PD Warrior programme, received strength and conditioning training from Nick Grantham and was inspired by the NeuroFit course.
I now specialize in fitness classes designed for any age or fitness level. In my classes we focus on improving our balance, building our strength and all round fitness in a fun and supportive environment.
If a class isn't for you then talk to me about 1-2-1 sessions which can be tailored to your requirements.

In this hour long class we work on our strength, balance and general fitness. We use different equipment which I provide to produce an enjoyable class.
Parking £1 for 2 hours within easy walking distance of the hall
This small group mat Pilates class is for those that want to take their Pilates journey slowly. We will take our time learning the different moves with adaptations available for all levels.
Max 8 people.

Free parking with disabled spaces available
Indoor cycling specifically aimed at those with Parkinson's, MS & after a Stroke. This class will help you increase your cardio fitness however cycling can help with movement and cognitive function, reduce tremors and improve co-ordination.
Please note: This is a private hire and only open to my clients, please contact me directly if you are interested in joining this group.
You will need padded shorts, small towel & water.

Please notify me with 24 hours if you need to cancel your 121 session otherwise 50% will be charged.
Please let me know by the 20th of the month if you are unable to make a pay monthly class and you won't be charged.
The Active Living 60+ classes are pay as you go.
Depending on your needs you have three options:
1. I can train you at your home and bring any equipment.
2. We can use one of the halls.
3. We can use the gym at Cranleigh Golf and Country Club.
Always bring water to any class.
If possible please bring your own mat for the Pilates class, I will however have spare.
Padded shorts always make the indoor cycling much more comfortable and its worth having a small towel in case you get a bit warm.
